The first training on Organizational Assessment Tool was arranged on April 2008, in Ganja within the framework of Community Investment Program-III.

Community Investment Program-III is implementing under the support of BP & its Partners and Save the Children by Umid HSSC, Bilik and Enlightener Youth Organization.

The aim of the training was identifying the initial opportunities for supporting the initiatives of target group leaders and members to work independently.

The main participants of the training were Community and Fund leaders, chief of Municipalities and the representatives of rural ExComs from Zalimkhan (Agstafa), Dondar Gushchu (Tovuz), Dallar Jayir (Shamkir), Sarov (Goranboy) Communities.

Community Liaison officers of BP and the representatives of Save the Children, Enlightener Youth Organization and Bilik participated at the training.
