OUTCOMES & ACHIEVEMENTS:

23 representatives of 9 NNGOs have attended the trainings
on Management and Supervisory Skills, 18 representatives - on Financial
Management, 20 representatives - on Proposal/Report Writing trainings;
-
9 NNGOs have acquired Umid’s guidelines and manuals on
Organizational management, HR management and Logistics;
-
Representatives of 9 NNGOs have got opportunities to
apply the know-how they acquired within their organizations in a month;
-
Umid’s Finance Manager, HR and Development Manager,
Procurement Manager and Information and PR Manager have provided their
consultations on organizing and developing the activities in the
appropriate direction;
-
Organizational Assessment Tool has been applied in the
organizations after the trainings.
