A training package was developed on the following 3
topics:
Financial Management, Management and Supervision Skills, Proposal/Report
Writing with a view to develop institutional skills of NGOs engaged in
FP/RH matters;

17 representatives of NGOs engaged in FP/RH matters
acquired know-how on Management/Supervision, Financial Management,
Projects Management and Reporting;
-
Umid's Guidelines were developed on Information
Strategy, Personnel Management, Financial Management, Procurement
Management and were submitted to every organization in order to strengthen
the know-how acquired through trainings;
-
Surveys on skills assessment were conducted in 4
organizations.
