OUTCOMES AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
In general 140 international and local experts,
representatives of international and local NGOs participated and shared
their opinions regarding to SPPRED participation process and
implementation status during Town Hall Meetings. Moreover, the Town Hall
Meetings were attended by civil society members from 16 regions of our
country. During the meetings the following factors were considered for
representing wide sections of the civil society:
- Urban and rural
areas, highlands and lowlands;
- Different
professional groups;
- Different social
groups;
- Different age groups;
- Encouragement of
women's participation.
During Town Hall
Meetings 537 proposals were attained on the following sectors:
