EXPECTED OUTCOMES:
 

• 20 communities will be established and mobilized;

• At least 20 Community Development Councils will be organized through a methodology and an approach confirmed by CHF;

• 20 Community Development Councils will be completed and documents confirming their commitments in the project will be attained;

• Each community will have their initial Community Activity Plans;

• At least 20 community projects will be completed.
