Community development

Supporting the income- and socio-economic opportunities generating, creative and sustainable initiatives stands at the heart of Community Development Activity of Umid HSSC. Depending on the project goals, the community development is grouped based on the following objectives:

• Strengthening the self-organizing, management and enterprising skills towards community-based development of the Community Action Groups

• Forming income-generating skills and increasing economic opportunities for the communities

• Granting the community youth with essential skills and increasing their chances of getting a job by motivating them to participate actively in community events

• Improving living standards and access to major needs by restoring socio-economic infrastructure

• Supporting community initiatives
