A general rural meeting was aranged in
Kurdamir
Village Sighirli, Kurdamir, Desember, 05
A general rural meeting from the range Participatory Rural Appraisal
events was arranged in Sighirli village of Kurdemir rayon on December 05,
2005. The event was realized within the frameworks of “Improvement of
Potable Water Provision in Communities along BTC/SCP” project implemented
under the funding of BTC Co. and SCP partners.
The goals of the meeting where the number of participants exceeded 120
people, included information outreach on project goals, objectives,
expected impact, assessment of community resources for problem solution,
etc.
Umid HSSC’s Program Director, Rural Executive representatives of and
municipality, as well as Public Liaison representative of BTC Co. attended
the meeting.
Head of municipality and community leader emphasized community’s close
participation for ensuring efficient implementation of the project in
their speeches.
